In Bardonecchia in the Italian region of Piedmont, around 90 kilometres west of Turin, the Bardonecchia Alpine Coaster opened in 2019. Built by Josef Wiegand GmbH & Co. KG from Germany, the 835-metre-long Alpine Coaster is open all year round, but is weather-dependent. Thanks to the speed lever in your toboggan, you can control your own descent on the Bardonecchia Alpine Coaster at speeds of up to 40 km/h and enjoy a wonderful view of the landscape as well as the fantastic route. Children between the ages of 4 and 8 can experience the descent on one of the sledges accompanied by an adult.
