Once upon a time... THE GOLDEN GOOSE

Once upon a time there was a man with three sons. The youngest son took the name "Fool" and was constantly ridiculed. One day, the oldest son set off for the forest, where his mother provided him with a pancake and a bottle of wine against hunger. In the forest he met an old man. He greeted him and kindly asked for a piece of cake and a sip of the wine. The son replied: "Get lost, my food is for me." After the old man left, he started to chop a tree and shoved the axe in his leg and hurried home. Now the second son went into the forest, equally loaded. The man also asked him for a sample of food and drink and received the same answer. As punishment he also cut himself in the leg while cutting down a tree. The fool turned to his father and wished to be sent into the forest. So the man also asked the dummy for some food. He replied: "I only have ash cakes and sour beer in my possession. If this is enough for you, let us dine. "They sat down and ate and drank. Before the little man disappeared, he said: "Good things shall come to you, because your heart is pure and full of helpfulness. "You will find something at the roots of that old tree over there." The fool cut down the tree and found a goose with feathers of pure gold. He took it to an inn where he was planning to spend the night. The innkeeper's three daughters marveled at the wondrous bird and desired its feathers. Once the fool had gone out, the eldest daughter reached for a wing and got stuck on it. The same fate befell the second and the third sister. The next morning, the fool took the goose and left without disturbing himself during his quick walk on the girls hanging on it. A priest shouted, "Why are you women chasing this poor boy?" But when he tried to drag the youngest sister away, he couldn't get away either. The same happened to the sexton, who did not understand why the priest walked so quickly with the young people. Two farmers came into view and were asked by the priest to untie him and the sexton, but they too got stuck. So the fool had an entourage of seven people. He reached a town that was ruled by a king. His daughter could not be made to laugh by anyone. Therefore he had passed a law that whoever made her laugh should marry her. The fool stepped in front of the daughter and, with his retinue tripping after her, appeared so comical that the daughter could no longer get out of her laughter. The king, however, did not keep his promise and demanded that the fool first deliver a man who would be able to drink an entire wine cellar empty. "The old man will be able to help me," the fool thought and searched the forest for him. At the place where the tree was felled, he met a man with a sad face. When asked what was wrong with him, the man replied: "I have emptied a whole wine barrel and still my thirst is not at all satisfied." So the fool took him to the king's cellar, where he drank all the barrels. The king, however, thought the foolish man was too bad a son-in-law and demanded to find a man who could devour a mountain of bread. In the forest, the boy found another man by the chopped down tree and brought the next man to the city, where within a day he had eaten a mighty mountain of bread. But the king made a third condition: "Bring me a ship that can also sail to land. "This time the fool found no man in the forest, but the old man himself. He said: "I emptied the wine cellar and ate the bread; now I will give you the ship, for you have revealed your mercy to me. " With the ship, which moved on water like land, the fool finally won the king's daughter and later inherited the king's kingdom, where he lived long and full of happiness. Loud laughter, atmospheric music. The golden goose is anything but quiet. Will you really manage to make the princess laugh?
