The Kassel Spring Festival on the Schwanenwiese fairground heralds the start of the funfair season in North Hesse. Every year, numerous showmen present their stands and rides. Fireworks are also a regular feature of the spring festival.

As always, the spring festival will take place on Viehmarktplatz in 2024. Visitors can look forward to rides such as bumper cars and carousels, test their skills at shooting and dart throwing or enjoy sweet and savoury treats.
