Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Splashtown is located in Spring, north of Houston. It is one of the oldest water parks in the region and has been in operation since 1984. Covering 48 acres, the park has two pools, 18 water slides and two areas for children.

The Butzbach Faselmarkt is one of the oldest and most important folk festivals in Upper Hesse and looks back on over 500 years of history. Originally created purely as a cattle market where breeding animals – known as ‘Faselvieh’ in the Hessian
