The fair has always (and even earlier) been an integral part of the streetscape of our village around Queen's Day (and later King's Day)! This is because Ouderkerk aan de Amstel was one of the first villages in the area to organise a fair on Queen's Day.

In addition to the meadow market, the spring meadow has also established itself in Eisleben. The spring meadow always takes place around 1 May, together with the "Reforma" craft fair. Around 90 showmen and traders take part.
