The Korean Folk Village is located in Yongin, about 40 kilometres south of Seoul, and is a unique combination of open-air museum and amusement park. It was created to give visitors a vivid insight into life in Korea during the Joseon Dynasty

Since 1962, the folk festival has been held on the fairground at the ESC site. Annually changing rides and attractions provide variety, and the festival hall is there every year. There, changing bands provide the necessary atmosphere every day.
