The Winterberg Fair is a traditional folk festival that is considered one of the highest-altitude fairs in North Rhine-Westphalia. It takes place annually in August and transforms the central fairground ‘Am Rad’ into a lively festival site.

The festival

The Kiliankirmes always takes place on the third weekend in July. It is traditionally officially opened by the mayor on Friday afternoon and ends on Monday evening with a large firework display.
