The Olchis Adventure World in the Gaußhöfe in Hamburg-Altona is Germany's first immersive experience based on Erhard Dietl's popular children's book characters “The Olchis”. It is operated by Oetinger Studios GmbH and opened in October 2026.

The Aalter Fair is a large annual folk festival that transforms the town centre into a lively fairground. It is known for its diverse mix of traditional fairground elements and modern attractions, which draw visitors from across the region.
